For preparing water-based paint, soak the pigment in twice the amount of water with a very small addition of wetting agent. After thoroughly mixing, gradually add the resulting pigment paste into an appropriate dispersion varnish. We recommend making a test sample after adding a small amount of pigment. A suitable dispersion varnish is, for example, glue 5579 (5589).
