Flockdecor 2mm - Dark Green is a fine static grass with a 2 mm fiber length, ideal for modeling and diorama applications where you want to create realistic dry or arid grassy surfaces. This light beige shade is perfect for simulating steppes, sand dunes, roadside edges, dry areas, or autumn landscapes. Due to its short fibers, it is especially suitable for smaller scales or as a base layer under longer grass. The package contains 30 g, providing enough material for covering larger areas or detailed work.

Instructions for Use:

Surface Preparation:

✔ Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and firm before application.
✔ Apply a thin layer of PVA or static grass adhesive to secure the grass in place.

Grass Application:

✔ Pour Flockdecor 2mm - Dark Green into a static grass applicator. If you don’t have an applicator, you can apply the grass manually, but using the applicator ensures more natural fiber positioning.
✔ Hold the applicator 10–15 cm above the glued surface and apply the grass with gentle movements for even coverage.

Finalizing the Process:

✔ Let the glue fully dry (approximately 12–24 hours).
✔ Gently tap or vacuum the excess grass at low suction power. Unused grass can be returned to the package for reuse.

✔ Combine Flockdecor 2mm - Dark Green with different fiber lengths or colors to create a richer and more realistic effect.
✔ This shade is also ideal for transitions between grassy and sandy areas or for simulating dry and desert landscapes.
✔ To increase durability, fix the finished surface with a light spray of matte varnish.
